Those of you who know me know that last May I took part and completed with only 3 weeks training a 63 mile bike ride from Wetherby to Scarborough in aid of Andreas Gift. A charity that aims to raise funds for the research and fund carers for the suffers of Brain Tumours. Well even though i did say that i would not do it again i have willingly volunteerd to take part again this year on May 16th. Thanks for that and i did it last year with only 3 weeks training. So with the weeks i have been putting in riding back and forth to work from Baildon to Birstall (ikea) will put me in good stead
