Do the club organise any? Do people post up that they have spare seats?
I'm thinking of Widnes, first game of season, but don't fancy driving there myself due to my liking of a beer or two before a game.
I rang a company about a sixteen seater minibus, and if it was full it would work out at fourteen quid each, which seems a bit pricey to me. Also, it would mean that we had to guarantee all seats would be full, or the organiser would end up coughing up the difference which don't seem fair.
Has anyone organised these kind of trips before, and got any good contacts?

It's £20.10 return by train to Widnes so £14's not too bad.

Would definitely be worth doing for games like Whitehaven which unless you book 2 nights away is impossible to get to by train.

I'm waiting for another quote from a company about a twelve seater bus, but haven't heard owt yet.

Eh? aint no ads at the bottom of the page I'm looking at! A few down the side, but nowt to do with hiring a coach to Widnes!

At the very, very bottom of this page (on my pc anyway) there's a load of google ads offering minibusses

they aren't on mine, but this is a work one so they might be screened out or summat.
