I agree to a point it seems to me that Danny Jones organises the team on the pitch, no need to change captain but I like to have seen Jamaine on the pitch longer especially as last night he was causing Sheffield problems.
Clearly Buster has his qualities I just prefer Jamaine in hooker role as it gives us more go forward.
I wouldn't know who was the best person to be captain, either of them two or anyone else..
Nor do I know why Wray was taken off however I do know that once he was taken off, we lost momentum and go forward.
One thing I would like to add - The kicking game from the Cougrrrs last night was pretty good - I would like to see a few more across the floor though - rather than the restart kicks straight into the hands of the best kick fielder on the pitch...
I know the Cougrrrs have a long way to go but based on the last couple of performances, I really believe they can claw those points back and compete to stay up.....
I have only been wrong once and thats because I thought I was wrong but I was wrong I was right!
Petty authoritarians aren’t man enough to challenge the actions of a person face to face; instead they incite a forum of rumour, innuendo and half truths, and impose rude sanctions to discourage those who dare question fairness.
Some interesting points, but I firmly believe that Jermaine gets the best chance to play his game on the back of the great work done by Buster. Buster is a tackling machine and we would be a far poorer side without him.
I would not want to see Jermaine start; other sides would target him and he would tire, we simply would not get the best of his obvious abilities.
However, I would like to see him on for longer, even if that meant spelling buster with the second row/loose forward.

I'm very glad to say that I was proved wrong about Jermaine starting
I wonder if Barry will keep tinkering with the rotation times to keep other sides guessing?
clearly stelf, you have very little understanding of the game, whilst i,am a great fan of jermaine, he is not without fault, both hookers bring great things to the game, to say one is better than the other is a matter of opinion and to say buster shouldn't be skipper, well, he never gives less than 100% in any game, and as given is all for cougars, even when he had a broken cheek bone, you said we score more points when jermaine is on pitch? watch mickys videos, dews, halifax

That's some first post!
Don't you think you're being a little presumptuous to question my knowledge of the game.
I've been watching Keighley for nearly 20 years and was a half decent centre in my youth until a knee injury wrecked my chances of taking it further.
As for watching Mickey' videos, I don't need to, I was there, like I have been for every League game this season, home and away.
Don't get me wrong, Buster has his qualities, especially in defence where I think he's outstanding.
This season though Jamaine has been in superb form. We look a completely different side when he's on the field, so much more dynamic, more of a threat in attack.
I threw this question out there for everyone to have a debate on it. No where have I said Buster shouldn't be captain, you've put 2+2 together and made 5. Yes I've said Danny Jones would make a great captain, because I've seen him show tremendous leadership skills whilst on the field
