Dont know really how to think about this result - as I've got lots and lots of time for either the Panthers or the Thunder Fans .. as Cougar supporters we have had great days out at both clubs..

Gateshead could be a real force in the Championship / 1 race and its s**t to see em in this position, the RFL really needs to be addressing the problems up there ...

On the other hand the Panthers really deserve their success this season ...Martin Crompton is building one hell of a team on the west coast built on others cast offs ...

Two teams who I'd happily support on a Cougar Free day .. my thoughts n best wishes go out to them both tonight for different reasons

Gateshead currently have 18 injured players. Having said that, it's still a shocking result.
