Couple of shockers this weekend..

Crusaders only 1495 for a Super League Fixture against Cas ..The tigers normally dont have a bad traveling support so taking that into account ,what is going on in Wales ..?????

Similarly only just short of 900 at haven for the clash against Fev ..again Rovers have a decent travelling support and are top of the league .. was it that they just didnt travel or are Whitehaven so really in the mire ??

Looking at these it actually makes our attendance yesterday of 700 + look not that bad , knowing that the away support wouldnt run into double figures.. if you take that figure as our core support .. its certainly better than I thought we'd get and something to build on

I think it was 736, or something close to that figure. Which was very good.

I would say, that is probably the real hard core fans. So if that is the lowest figure we can expect. I wonder how many people around the town the club could get down.

whitehaven are crap, very little support today, probably about 50-50 in terms of home and away support give or take 1 or 2 and a few haven supporters left at HT

It might be all over by then but will be suprised if you guys dont turn them over at your place, they didnt even get one genuine tilt at our line all game

Why not ask the fans when they want the games played. Me don't care as I work shifts but manage to get to the majority plus Saturday the band playing could have made a difference and also hopefully made the club some money as people stayed around after the game.

I suppose a saturday night game could be made more of an event, with a band or whatever after the game. Not a bad idea, but a bit hard on away fans maybe?

Good Point Mick.

Barrow game is on a Saturday night making it very hard to get back on public transport.

For games like Toulouse who don't bring anyone it's ideal but I wouldn't do it for someone like Widnes
