Richard Moore released by the Wildcats Local lad, was in the year below me at Greenhead so i'm assuming he's 28 or 29. I can remember him supporting the club at home and away games when we were teenagers. He'd be a long shot as he's a quality prop. Could he be tempted back home if he can't get a deal from a Super League club?

Isn't he going to the Crusaders?

Richard's talent is without question, but his attitude isn't. I doubt we could afford him or the baggage he might bring.

At Wakey, before his crohn's diagnosis, Richard was deservedly on the verge of national call up. But he appears to be the sort of player who only thrives with the right motivation, coach and environment.

The word "enigma" was coined for players like Richard.

Yeah hes going there (Crusaders), got it from a very reliable person
