Bandwidth Limit Exceeded

Any ideas what is going on with it? This message has been on there several times now....

They probably have a bandwidth limit that copes with normal trade per month, quite comfortably.
However, due to the sad death of Danny Jones, I suspect its got absolutely buried in visits during May.

I know you can get top ups, but if they are buying only small ones, I suspect they keep running out too.
