After going to the game just watched it back on Tv and was very interested in Kears tv interview.

Said he has made the players a promise that if they play well they keep the shirt and then returning players will have to play in the reserves and wait for their chance. He said this was the mistake they made last year in a similar position when they brought players back too easily.

Think this relly positive and should have a real positive effect on the team

Great to hear. This was something that IMHO JK got wrong last year and he was man enough to state that and it was reasuring to hear.

The players look like they are playing to stay in the team and you can tell with the performances thus far.

Some difficult decisions ahead for sure, but if the team is winning then players will need to work extra hard to force their way into the team which can only be a good thing for us moving forward.
