Think your missing the point! Developers deal in facts with a bit of calculated risk involved, we haven't at any time in super league looked like exceeding our current capacity apart from one off games here and there, I don't think we sold all our tickets for the semi last year.
Our gates this year do not reflect our performances or our league position and that's a fact and as much admiration as we all have for JK & Beans and the standard of rugby at present our gates don't match up so the developers who aren't as biased as us lot won't build anything that ain't gonna be used in there fact based opinion.
By all means plan for increasing the capacity in the future, but unless the good folk of Wakefield get off there arses, 12000 more than enough.
We didn't sell the same number as Hull - but we sold all our tickets and repeatedly asked for more.
It's a corny line - but 'build it and they will come', especially if, as Ted is trying to do, we are a genuinely comepetitive side.
12k is on the small side for me, but I'll take it. It would be a nice problem to have!
