Wakefield have definitely made enquirers on this one. He has no other offers and Toulouse aren't interested despite rumours.

With Simon, Larroyer and Boudebza all potentially at Wakey next year you could have more French players than Catalans!

Saying that IF Moore isn't coming back next year, I'd definitely inquire about Boudebza. From what I've seen of him, he has decent distribution from acting halfback, tackles well and has a bit of pace.

With a lack of British options he wouldnt be a bad shout even on a one year deal to se how it goes. If he is a success then you could extend it longer and if it isnt then there could be better options available for 2018. On top of that Moules would be further on too in his development.

Being French, he wouldnt count on the quota.

I would also doubt that he would be on a large contract.

As mentioned elsewhere, if we hadn't signed Wood I think he would have been a good second hooker. As it is, should Moore leave, we need a first choice hooker and I do not think he is quite there.

Surely it is a given Moore will go. I just cannot see a way back from his latest misdemeanour given the seriousness of the circumstances, especially when a precedent was set with Locke and Smith for what appears to be a lesser offence

I think he probably will go if what's been said happened is true. However, I think the main thing with Locke and Smith was that it was just a few days before the Million Pound Game rather than how serious the offense was. I seem to remember Paul Aiton being involved in something to do with drink driving a few years ago and we certainly didn't sack him.

Sounds a little bit more than drink driving. If it had been just that it would have been dealt with at court by now. Albeit drink driving is bad enough...

Situation with Moore is a pain in the Aris, he doesn't even answer bail until 3rd December. So not much the club can think of doing until then at a guess.

I didn't mean Moore was drink driving. It was in reply to someone saying Smith and Locke were sacked for something not as bad, when they were sacked mostly for doing it a couple of days before the clubs biggest game of the season.
