He’s got nothing like the wealth of the Ellis family and his companies have very little assets to borrow against, he’s in it for the land and that it IMO

By all accounts, he’s not super wealthy, I think he’s a facilitator who will navigate the planning processes and perhaps introduce some new investors and between them they’ll get the stadium at Castleford built

Both clubs missed a trick years ago, should have come to an arrangement where both clubs supported each others plans to put pressure on the council, Instead that idiot Richard Wright made sure that would never happen.
