On the 26th we will be told our fate, if we get the boot are you staying to support AG and the name of Wakefield Trinity or are you legging it and running for the hills.
I'll stay because whatever feelings i have about the franchise system Wakefield till i die means exactly that and when i'm gone i'll leave money in my will to buy a season ticket the year after.
You guys can call it how you see it but "stuff em" they ain't getting shut of me.
I'll still be here, as I said when mergers are banded about I support Wakefield Trinity not SL. Perhaps id adopt the Catalans as the team I want to see do well in the top flight but i'll certainly not turn my back and Trinity, whatever division they're in.
After 10 years of only seeing the odd game live, I have the bug again and will definitely be watching next season, might even go to some away games if we go down.
Whichever league were in there will be a clean slate as we will have different coaching staff and players, might even be playing at a different ground. I think some whose emotions are understandly running high at the moment and who have said they will be done with the game if we get demoted, after the "off season" may ultimately be tempted back, particularly if things are progressing with the PI for NM and we have some new blood coaching and playing.
Well Al, there's the rub! Initially your crowds will kind of hold up reasonably well. But when reality begins to bite (and it's a piggin nasty bite on it), then the crowds I would suspect, would beging to erode until you are left with your core support trundling along to a championship game every week. They haven't got shut of me - YET! But when/if Fev disappears from the game, so will I!!
iT'S a blast down here, and you will find the entertainment and craic just different. There are fewer of us and you tend to get to know almost everyone. You'll be amazed at how many opposition fans you will get to know and actually become mates with. There rugby is more direct and less intricate. It's more "how it used to be"!
Tough one. We'll see.

i will stay in love with wakefield trinity and still watch them and will def be at the crusarders game but i will have fallen out of love with the game of rugby league cos its clear how currupt it as come i will be buying a n zealand top for the four nations too
I've stayed supporting through thick and thin for about 50 years. In that time I've seen really great highs and some pretty miserable lows, but to me, if you're a real fan, you stick with your club whatever happens because it's the club you support - not just this season's players, coach, owner, performance.
So as you can guess I'll be there next season whatever happens!!!!
I'll be supporting them wherever whenever. My love is for WTW, the history of the club, the community it represents and the thriving district built upon RL.
The RFL can do what they want, but we all know when the Quins, Crusaders etc fail, it'll be the likes of Wakefield who'll have to pick up the pieces. The club will always survive, and will thrive with a new stadium. Why? Because we have history and tradition, there's a geniune interest in RL, we have a supporter base and we have a thriving development area.
Wakefield will thrive regardless of what the RFL and others think
Some talk of Bradford Northern and some of Hull and Leeds Of Wigan and St Helens and such great teams as these Of all the teams in Rugby league with me you will agree The best team in the whole wide world is Wakefield Trinity!
I've watched wakey in Perpignan, London, Wales, gateshead, Wigan, Warrington, st helens, widnes, Leigh, Salford, cas, Bradford, Leeds, Halifax, hull, and huddersfield I've watched wakey in Carlisle, barrow, Workington, whitehaven, Nottingham, chorley, batley, Sheffield, Oldham, Rochdale, dewsbury, hunslet, Doncaster, keighley, featherstone, York and Swindon. I'll gladly go to any of the above grounds again to support my team. I've enjoyed going to all the above grounds equally as the only reason I was there was to see the boys in action. I'll continue to buy a season ticket and I'll get the shirt every year. I support Wakefield trinity not the rfl. I'm in this for the long haul and I'll bring my kids up that way too
