It may will be a very complicated situation. Imagine if our intended new coach is still employed by another club or may have been told he is no longer wanted but still has say a year left on his deal. There may well be compenstaion due to the coach and both parties , the coach and the potential new employer will have to tread very carefully in order not to jepodise any compensation. Lawyers, agents etc will be involved. It will take time.
Who ever gets the job I hope they have experience of getting rid of deadwood.
