I have 1.3 milllion pounds worth of shares, or at least near that figure, give or take a few either way.

You can if you become a proxy for a shareholder. You would need to obtain written authorisation from the shareholder that you are standing in their place and that you can vote on their behalf.

Otherwise - no. If you want to be in, buy some shares!

I thought the share purchase option had been done away with a while ago? (Unless we can still buy some of BIGAL's 1.3 million worth )

Serious question, though, because I'd be interested if the option were still available.
