1 Community stadium - with WTRLFC as part owners or just tennants?
2 Are the plans contingent on attracting the funding or is funding secured?

Least it's going to be a resonable 12k - and thats something for the club to aim towards attendance wise. Good decision.

you make 2 very valid points ,there is no point in gaining a franchise point with a new ground yet only having it 50% full.
