Ok sorry for stating my opinion - what I meant is that recently in all games Grix has been missing for me Blanch didnt have his best game today! At least it looks like we wont have a problem dropping him next week as he looks injured, but now please tell me where we will find another Winger as by my thinking we are running out of players to put out there

Scott Grixs body language is poor, when he makes a mistake or someone else does he is moaning, shrugging his shoulders or shaking his head, not just today but as far back as the Leigh game.

As for An=inscoughs tries you cant blame Gleeson the passes missed out the centres so you either blame Blanch or the 2nd rower or half back that is marking the guy slinging out the passes

grix has had a bit of a patchy run of games and been chopped and changed a bit since his injury to be fair. i think the whole team looked jaded and we got suckered by a player who is bang in form.

hopefully next week we will be a bit fresher and with a couple of changes will be back at the races.

actually singling out gleeson or grix wasnt the point we got caught by a very obvious game plan wigan had, which was to go very wide early, they did it from the second play the ball, they also left their wingers out on the touchline and relied on very quick accurate passes, its a dangerous game as it leaves you open to missed passes and interceptions, as we also saw.

Grix is clearly a confidence player, and has lots that asset.
gleeson kept gettign causght between interception attempts and having actually nothing to do because the tactic removed him from the play.
Blance got caught too infield twice too close to his own line and ainscow had a blinder!

the real point at the end of the day was that tompkins played better than the more experienced imnpact players we have, who to be fair had to do more today because of circumstances.

There were worse players on field than gleeson, in all fairness 1-17 we were 2nd best. Hendo (my personal favourite!!! Not), was about the only one without blame.

I agree Gleeson was not at the races yesterday he looked shocking, pinching players instead of tackling. I think he was playing with flu or something he was shattered at the 50 minute mark. Kear should have seen this and taken him off and put JD in the centre.

i don't like bagging players esp wen we having such a good season, but inmho the partnership of gleeson/blanch had a nightmare yesterday i afraid, everytime they went that way it was try time, i would have taken martin out of stand off n put him in centres like hull game, but i sure mr kear will sort it out for next game, that said there wasn't many players that would say it was there best game yesterday, it was bad day at the office yesterday it's the reaction on saturday that will interest me n hope the lessons will be learnt
