The stand and how good or bad it is matters not a jot. What matters is the club has been good to it's word and thus gives us real credibility.
Ted was not the villian he is made out to be but I guarantee he would have not have carried out the promised wok. Instead he would have gambled on NM happening and everyone forgetting the promise and thus saving a small fortune. Great if it came off but if not we would be pounced on for renaging on the deal. Now should NM fail I feel that the RFL, fellow clubs and other fans would be far more inclined to give any plan B a chance. Knowing we will deliver.
