Why would I or Adam or anyone else have egg on our faces - no one has said he is anything other than a good player but he isn't our player. Ditto if he fails you won't have egg on your face, either way it's shouldn't be an issue.

I just didn't think he was awesome yesterday - that doesn't mean to say he won't be or wasn't in the past just not yesterday, what part of that don't you get?

No it's the fact that you dismissed the reasoned opinions of others as "knackers" which makes you silly and stops it being a discussion

I feel sorry for you then, if you can't watch the game and appreciate skills regardless of who is playing then you are denying yourself some real pleasure. The RL world doesn't end half way round Donny Road.....

Why do you feel the need to justify Bird, I don't get it. If he goes well I'll give him the credit, but to give him the kudos he has received after half a game from folk like you is not for me Id like to see a little more, in fact on second thoughts I really don't care - I'm a lot more bothered that Bibey continues to improve - silly me when I should be wetting myself over a Catalan player

Please don't feel sorry for me' I'm fine thanks. I appreciate skilled players, you will just have to accept that I didn't see it enough yesterday to go along with the description of "awesome". When I do I'll let you know and then you can throw egg in my face or whatever it is you feel the need to do.
