For the full picture, The Hospitality block was defaulted upon under the Pearman regime, After that Administration, Ted did the deal for it to remain but he subsequently put us back in an insolvency event which lead to Glover taking us over.
Elston then ran the club into the ground again leading to another potential Administration which had it happened would have seen us relegated to the 3rd tier of the sport. Chris Brereton and Mike Carter took on the club and avoided the Administration for a variety of reasons which I’ve posted about before. They made deals with creditors and paid everyone something with some receiving full payment from the club.
