This wouldn't surprise me tbh. He's a Leigh lad, can imagine him fancying a switch to his hometown club. Higham surely won't play every game next year for them.

Scott Moore released and Williams looking to be here one year only before he returns to Australia. How many of you saw that coming ?

Done his apprenticeship in the Championship for a couple of years.
Only problem is, I think he's Red,Amber and Black all the way through!

Simone make far to many errors way more than Engkand, reminds me of Korkadis on a bad day. Runs like a train and then drops the ball or gets pushed backwards. He's OK on his day and I'd keep him but he's a utility player for me.

Annekin is not a prop and never will be, he's simply to small - again a utility players.

Simone Is a totally different player to Korkidas, The main difference among many is Simone is an off loading forward and he perhaps more suited to the back row

We have had many small props over the years who have done well for us, size is important I agree but passion, determination, coming through our academy and pride in the shirt count for a lot, Chris has all that by the bucket

Luckily for us our last couple of coaches disagree with you and do think he is a prop...... long may that continue too

If Moore is released we must have signed a decent hooker as we were a far better team when he played. Boudebza or Lunt?

Simon better in back 3, played his best rugby when there.
Tries hard but gets dominated at prop.
Anakin? Who knows, dithered about signing him from academy, then been under used since.

Yes Pelissier has just signed a 2 year deal for Leigh, so that would be a strange one and they seem to be signing anyone and everyone atm.

It would also mean that we'd be needing a new quality hooker, so it makes it even stranger that we'd let him leave. If it is Moore, we must have someone lined up & makes you wonder if we have made a move for Lunt, or if not him that French lad Boudebza.

Whatever happens I hope it just makes our side stronger in the long run.

Apparently released because we signed Williams
