Simone Is a totally different player to Korkidas, The main difference among many is Simone is an off loading forward and he perhaps more suited to the back row

We have had many small props over the years who have done well for us, size is important I agree but passion, determination, coming through our academy and pride in the shirt count for a lot, Chris has all that by the bucket

Luckily for us our last couple of coaches disagree with you and do think he is a prop...... long may that continue too

If you're going by SL stats site above, I think you've got Arona's mixed up with England for errors, Arona's got 17. Simon 15 and England 14. But you can also add that Simon played 23 games, England 19.
I know stats aren't the be all and end all but they give you a good idea. Like you say Simon is an off loading forward (36 offloads) I don't know if that gives people the impression he makes more mistakes & imo he's a completely different from England or Korkidas . Maybe he is more suited to the back row and we'd get even more out of him there. Saying that he's an effective Prop for us, who's done a decent job there and the effort he puts in is never in question .

Where you getting this from? Why release an English hooker to bring in an Aussie halfback. I wouldn't have thought they'd be connected, especially as he's our only out and out Hooker.

Didn't see the Moore thing coming, i hope we have a quality replacement lined up as he is one of our better players.

You had better speak to Scott Moore because it is what he said to league express. He also confirmed that he had offers from several other SL clubs but hey why should he know better than you.

I've just read the League Express and he doesn't say that. All it says is that he's been offered to a number of clubs the past week and is a free agent. They then say that news of Moores potential departure follows Wakefield's Capture of Williams. Then it goes on to talk about Williams and what he had to say about his move and they deduce that he signed for just for one year because he has ambitions of a return to the NRL. Scott Moore says nothing to the LE, unless I'm reading a different LE dated 3rd October.

It also interviews Lunt, who basically says he hasn't a clue what's happening next year at the moment.

Really suprised about Moore. Let's hope we have a decent replacement lined up cos I don't see a ready made one,in the current squad and our distribution from acting half and running from dummy half were much better when Moore was playing.

I know he gave some penalties away and played on the edge but I always thought he was a decent defender in a team that doesn't have many

I have rated Scott but obviously Chester thinks he can be replaced with better. Maybe better is just someone who spends a bit less time at Red Hall. Maybe Lunt will push a hooker out at his destination club? Sounds thought out though rather than unplanned. Lets wait and see.

Hopefully not going to rely on Liam Finn or Kyle Wood though.

Kyle Wood is linked to Leeds according to the press.
