Atkins 100 press ups in a minute! Thats some going, I wasn't overly impressed with Ryan last season but it certainly sounbds like he's putting the effort in this pre season, I'm expecting big things from him this season and hopefully he can push on and realise his potential.

Damian Blanch certainly surprised me as top performer for the bench press. He certainly put the forwards to shame!!! Also, if this is a report of the last week then Moore’s results are positive in that he appears to have lost little of his strength. Would be interesting to know what he could lift prior to his illness.

I think it was prior illness tbh, as I doubt he's been training when he's lost over 2 stone.

No mention on Stosic on the bench press which is a suprise. I wonder what Watene was lifting when he was here, would be interesting to find out. VEry impressed once again by Mr Sanctuary top notch column. Scully looks in shape looks very trim on that last picture. Bibey highest on squats hope we see some leg drive this year then

oh and another positive Luke George must be back doing sprints. I hope that lad is mentally prepared after that awful injury, i think we could have a very good player on our hands there.
