We have lost Senior and Burrow is still not fit. Buderus and Bailey will be in the squad this week though.

We haven't lost Senior, he's had a knock but is being monitored throughout the week.

McClennan said he was very doubtful and I think he wants to play Ash anyway so he knows who to pick for the WCC.

Not sure I'd be particularly happy with Gibson and Watkins in the centres.

So it looks like a very young backline for Leeds with only Donald over 22 years.

Our centres will be Martin and Gleeson, don't think there is much between Gleeson and Gibson who will be up against each other assuming that Watkins plays on the left again, and as for the other two, it will be a toss up whether it is Martin's experience or Watkins's speed and youthful exhuberance that wins that battle IMO, all in all pretty evenly matched I'd say.

Very young but you can only play what you have. It's not like Wakey arent without problems either. Gibson will be a lot stronger defensively than Watkins anyway. It's just wether he can do anything in attack. He doesnt seem to have the same latteral movements any more.

If cry bady McGuire dose not ref the game as is the norm we have a big chance cant say that I am sorry to see no Burrow hes a big loss for Leeds

Watkins out played Martin in December but that is a long time ago now. He also out played Dalle Courte on Friday. I have no problems with his attack anyway as I think he is the most dangerous back on the leeds team. It's just his defence thats a bit shakey but he's only 17/18. That will come.

Pretty much agree with all that.

If Gibson comes through the game uninjured it's a bonus. We need a big year from him. I suspect this is his last chance to make an impression.
