Any damage to a Cruciate Ligament is serious, as the knee relies on them for its stability.

Fortunately it sounds as if the damage isn't as bad as it could have been i.e. as with Luke George

The point I was making that a few hours after Stosic's injury the word was going round he had a serious, season-ending ligament damage. Having had personal experience of a serious ligament injury which took two arthroscopies for it to be diagnosed, I thought this was premature.

look at my earlier post about a scan,can't say much more as it could drop somebody in the kaka.
