Our team this season as probably done more damage to Wakefield Wildcats than in any other season. I think it will be hard to get the fans that are not bothering next season back on board. I'm with squad builder but did have to drop the amount a bit cos things got tight :(
But I can't see the club taking on board what the remaining fans are saying.

The players have to take some responsibility naturally, but Kear is far from blameless in all of this. The performances really went downhill after the Catalans job debacle and the Bradford job rumours.

It would be very interesting to see whether performances would have improved had we got shut when we had the chance.

actually i disagree, the players like the fans lost faith after the brough debacle, "the best deal for wakefield" etc etc, total crap.

the best deal for wakefield would have benn to sell him pre season, and yes his circumstances were known then.

or not sign newton and or jefferies (3 year deal) and add their salary to broughs, rocket science eh?????????????

I definitely agree the Brough sale was the start of the downward spiral, but we weren't getting beaten week in week out conceding an average of 40 points in the couple of months after he left. That only happened when Kear stayed despite it being public knowledge he wanted out

I hope we do get the new stadium but Istill do not think it is the answer to most of our problems. The main at must happen to the club is that they keep their super league status because if we do not Idread to think what the crowd will be in the championship evevith the new stadium. If the bod had been on the terraces they woiuld shudder if they knew how many people will just walk away from the club if we end up the championship.

iI have no problem with top being able to sign the top stars that’s life but I do expect to see us bringing our junior players in and developing them into stars EG Ellis Westwood Brough having done that the next stage is to keep them
Starting with Murphy
