Bulls out now and that PNG Keven Appo looks like he could be a good player as an impact second row. About to hit his prime years and is available. He looks like a younger Tanginoa in build. There are a handful of Championship players worth a punt imo and he could be one of them.

I’m just throwing names about to pass the time I guess.

Any club run well run would not have their lossers of 600k and this year would be more if Ellis hadnt contributed.

Any organisation is judged by profit and loss.

Excuses can and are been made for ineptitude and incompetance.

Anyone can try their best but failure when that is the result is failure.

We have more debt lost our super league position and insolvent as we cannot afford to repay what we have borrowed.

Some mythical income stream from the East stand is going to solve everthing.
Well run club pops !!!!

To answer that I'd have to repeat all the other posts on this subject you've clearly ignored or not understood.

Maybe you have insider knowledge that I dont have but don't think so.

I'll give it a go anyway

600k was next to the lowest in SL. And the 600k includes non cash items like depreciation.
The balance sheet backs this up with "cash in bank"

Ellis gave us money to spend. If he hadn't given it we wouldn't have spent it so wouldn't have affected the numbers.

You are correct. So the logic is we are better than all but one of our competitors on this judgement.

Lost our SL position - correct. No one likes that. But we are talking about how the club is run.

We are very much NOT insolvent. You need to look up what that means

And we clearly can afford to pay the loans as 1) we are doing it and 2) the council have already given us a break on it.

Not sure why you think it's mythical. We already have income from hospitality in the Hub. So adding a new, massive, venue will clearly add more. And we have already got bookings.
No one says it'll solve everything but it gets us more money and improves scores on 3 of the 5 IMG sections....which is priceless.

I'm not blindly defending. The recruitment and playing side were poor this year and it hurt us. But saying the club is run badly, with the statements above is incorrect

I’ve been in and out of this forum over the past couple of decades … until recently it’s had its fair share of tossers, but the benefit of contribution has out weighed the idiocy and odd over inflated ego…

But now it’s just full of pompous, self righteous egotists, with almost zero self awareness, with an agenda the size of the channel tunnel…

For a bit of balance the Australian Trinity supporter branch was not adverse to referring to those not in the MC is great section by derogatory terms.
I note he never confirmed that his loyalty included purchasing a ST. I know he would not be able to attend but I have one and I knew I could not go. The problem is that in his eyes I was less a supporter because I have never been part of the Carter love in like people like you for example.
