Absolutely. I understand what you mean about my comment. That is how he came across to me but of course I didn't really want hum to be a good guy subconsciously did I.
What I will say though is that if it were just about the facts the inspector could just read the papers and make a decision. To present well is very important and I was very reassured with Mr. Francis as our witness.
Fair enough.
Like I said it is easy to be swept up in the positivity at times.

They are almost wetting themselves on their hate-filled forum in excitement at the thought that the PI will fail. And the usual suspects are happy to whip up the frenzy. Sadly the 'in the know' people on there know diddly squat about the situation and the number of inaccuracies on there is amazing. But let them have their time in the sun. Their world will come crashing down around easter.

Its quite obvious the Castleford supporters are misinterpreting the hearings and possibly the outcome.

If Yorkcourt agree to move the Broccolii tree to NM to help hide the Warehouse units - will this help the case?

I would hope so, its part and parcel of who we are and should go with us.

it would provide habitat for all sorts of wildlife and help cut down on noise pollution.

It would help with the environment, landscaping and also bring much needed gardenin jobs to the area.

Its quite a common feeling, fearing the unknown. Hence the insecure bickering from the Castleford Tigers CEO and fans. I would be worried if there was'nt any slagging off re the Newmarket development. Enjoy their silly comments it is only natural that they feel insecure at this moment in time. After all the outcome of this enquiry will effect both clubs big style.

EVENTUALLY, WE'LL WIN SOMETHING, ,MAYBE, IF I'M STILL ALIVE THEN

Re: The Public enquiry outcome : Fri Dec 09, 2011 11:09 pm
Let's face it, this is do or die, but if it goes against us, we can't say that everyone hasn't given it all their best shot. People will have their different views on what is being said, because each side wants to see their own glimmer.

What I find interesting is the extent to which Cas fans seem to want to see it fail, and I think that shows how little confidence they have in Glasshoughton. If they had confidence in Glasshoughton, the PI would be irrelevant.

I know but we will not fail. Look at the basics. We have Sir Rodney heading the project with a proven track record. We have expert planners with a proven track record,we have funding headed by the developers York court who also have a proven track record,we have government policies re job creation amongst a recession which is forcasted by economists to get worse before it gets better saying the Yorkshire area should start to come out of the recession 2019. A solution to this would suggest a positive outcome to the enquiry. I know nothing in life is guaranteed other than death and taxes. But look on the bright side, look at the taxes that will be collected should the inspector recommend a yes to Mr Pickles. :D

one thing you forgot to mention is the government do not have to fund a penny

they just have to say yes
