After all the waiting, the dashed hopes, the speculation there is part of me still saying 'don't get too excited' I suppose I will only rest easy once the first sod is turned, when we will also be able to get all the Doubting Thomas's from other clubs off our back.

Great news - I assume the location is down to Ted owning/having an interest in the land?

Couple of potential issues:
Anyone know the planning status of the land?
It will need alot of parking - well away from people with the exception of the Stanley locals.
