I read it as the agreement for community use as a condition of receiving £2m from the council.

The council have no direct involvement in running or maintaining the facilities and the club have first call on them for normal usage.

They need to be booked (online) and paid for (nonrefundable) at least 2 weeks in advance.

These are target hours and actual usage needs to reported annually.

How do you purchase just the hole?.

Especially if it was the most talked about hole in the East Stand roof

I'd contact the club re the logistics, they might deliver.

Don't know whether it would be wholesale or retail though.

Perhaps the club could do a signed framed photograph, and auction it off, that hole has become quite a celebrity over the years

I would question what the roof is actually made of due to its age and I have no actual interest in purchasing anything, I will leave that to others.

If it's asbestos I guess you'll get it foc, consider it a good will gesture from the management. Hey it might even be broke up for good measure.

Same way my local music shop offers a free air guitar with every purchase over £50.

I can't afford a full hole, and to be honest, I have nowhere to put it.

I seem to remember JM saying last week that the roof is asbestos, and it will need experts in that field of removal, so I guess the hole roof will be unavailable for anyone to purchase

It's not the roof he wants, it's the hole he sat under when it rained if that helps.

It's more of a sentimental value than anything else, they'd probably give him it for free providing he came and collected it himself.

On the whole, I think the last few posts have been quite funny, let’s try and get back on track. Did anyone else see the small item in today’s League Express, re the temporary seats going in front of the hospitality boxes.

Around 500 seats within six rows. I don’t know what the average number of seats are taken on match day in the current stand, but I would imagine it’s more than 500. I hope the drop in seating revenue isn’t too great.

No problems were reported re the funding so I assume it IS all in place!

To me the East Stand hardly ever seems full. May be wrong but 500 should be more than adequate. In addition it would be worth keeping them there after the refurb too.
