True a few gems could be unearthed.

However too many new players on smaller contracts and we could end up with more Howarth and Walton type players and finish up the quantity over quality again.

It is a fine balance

MC can't work out who the five players are... We are looking at a prop, second row and a half back with restrictions on budget in that!

Yeah he said prop was the main target then either a main second row and back up half or main half and back up second row

Went down to watch fev london...fev looked nof interested but soward look a class above anyone else ..his goal kicking was pants though..carnt see him down there next season though..be interesting to see which SL clubs snaps him up

I think he will end up at Saints or Leeds but for all their success to me they seem to lack another decent half back. All the responsibility seems to be on Sneyd

I think, given it is being reported in the rl press, that the cat is out of the bag now that and the overseas signing is Sam Williams. Excellent acquisition and will be a step up on Finn whom i would have thought will play more at hooker with Moore next year.

Sam Williams is the name in the league express plus one other which they suggest is Grix leaving another prop or back row which added to the two named suggests the 5 signings include Hirst and Caton-Brown. When you take away the suggested 10 to 12 departures we appear to be gambling with a much reduced squad which I believed already includes Johnson, Crowther and Jowett.
