I'm struggling to think of another side who might need a prop and have the 'wiggle room' that we may have.

Yes it could definitely be that, if he wants a move away from Hudds. The only thing that gave me reason to maybe doubt it, is because they lost Crabtree at the end of last season and now if they were to lose Huby they'd be after a Prop themselves, even though they signed Clough. I think they've got quota spaces available over there though, so that might come into it.

What happened to that post from bigalf saying he had signed as a friend of hubys worked with him? Was it a wind up?

I was in Starbucks today and sat nearby was Chester and Huby. It may be nothing but I thought it might be of interest.

Yes I saw that post, it was by a poster called bigjeff and then when typing a reply to someone it disappeared. Maybe thought better & keep it shtum.

Far from paying Hudds a transfer fee it's more likely that Hudds will pay a chunk of Hubys wage in order to free up some money to sign someone else.
