No need to apologise, I was only pointing out that your suggested site had already been built on.

I agree, Durkar would have been a superb site but sadly it did not happen and I think we know why but I'm afraid that ship sailed along time ago.

Went passed Newmarket today and they are sorting the road layout and even installing traffic lights on the Aberford Road junction all ready for the new community Stadium.
