Is that kevin larroyer still at hull kr 27 yr old french international? i think he"d be a good option at 2nd row was good at catalan a couple of years bk. Good runner backs up a lot for a 2nd rower & skill wise decent naturally fit. 6ft 15st good size aswell as handy in tries to games ratio for a 2nd rower aswell.

I had heard that he was.

Larroyer isnt too bad but not sure whether he is any better than the ones we have, but like you say his try scoring record isnt too bad.

I wouldnt think though that his contract would be over big.

He's been a bit out of sorts the last couple of seasons with our shortage of forwards we played him in the wrong way really his first season with us he was great running out wide he hasn't resigned yet so is probably on his way out

I think he's off to Leigh, maybe on season loan, i think they have made him an offer.

I thought it was his testimonial year next season. I can't see him going on loan if that's the case

The Ben Harrison loan is still a strange one to me. He basically came to us after being injured for a year and didn't even play straight away when he came, then turned out in the last 3 games. What was the point of it all? I think a lot of people, myself included thought there must have been something more in it for us as far as a favor next season.

It does seem a strange one.

Having said that he did look ok for us once he was on the pitch.

Didnt the same happen last year with Grix who didnt play at all and it was part of a bargaining tool to bring England in.

Said on FB this morning that Canberra back rower Shaun Fensom.looking for a new club and is looking at SL as well as NRL.

It may have been that he needed game time, we'd effectively wrapped our season up by Warrington were still pushing. Maybe they continued to pay his wage whilest he was with us and just wanted him to get SL game time to get his fitness back up

Yes he did do Ok for us, especially since he'd been out for so long. Like you say we had the Grix episode the year before and managed to do a deal for England out of it. Like above says our season was effectively over, so instead of giving a Wire player game time, we could have played a youngster like Crowther and given him the last 3 games of the season. Anyway it's no big deal, just a bit strange, especially since we've done no business with Wire in the off season.
