There was a Trust meeting this morning. A full and frank discussion following which a plan has been agreed for which we hope to be able to make some announcement in 3 weeks time.

3 weeks, just in time for peak canvessing season then. Was it just the trust in attendance or was there some council and/or developer representation there?

The council are generally in attendance at Trust meetings as an invited observer. They were with us this morning for part of the meeting.

I hope then they left en route to yorkcourts offices with a large stick to batter them into submission with.

I very much doubt it - Yorkcourt's brazen disregard for the agreement they conned everyone into believing they had made demonstrates that they fear no one, least of all WMDC; if they are prepared to go up against HM inspector and the SoS, they certainly won't be cowed by the distinctly small-time Mr Box, or any of his fellow gravy train passengers.

Sounds more positive than the last meeting looking forward to hearing the stadium news in 3 weeks time. We will get there.

I have never seen so much garbage in one statement. I doubt the completion of a stadium for Castleford would be high on their agenda, I have not heard either state any interest in Castleford or RL. When will you learn that the problem with our stadium cannot be blamed on others, what have we done ourselves to facilitate a new development. We have no money, we even sold our only asset the ground.

I know it is the conservative mantra is to blame others so I suppose you are only following what you have been told to believe.
