Does anyone know why it is so high at the front. I’m sure there’s a good reason. Could have got an extra 3 rows in if it started lower to the ground. To extend that anymore at back will require something done to the roof so will be a fairly big job but agree it’s adequate till we at least start coming close to capacity.

The front is a wall, as the upper and lower terraces are separated by entry cost. It's a segregation barrier.

If we start hitting capacity I anticipate that we will be further developing other parts of the ground (south or west).

A new stand on the south has to be the long term aim with some basic boxes and basic standing or seating.

I have actually explained this numerous times now, please pay attention but as it's you.

Yes and no.

I's never been in any of the plans to be replaced.

The terrace will remain as it's solid and has a decent tread depth and rise and is pretty straight and the viewing angles are ok, unlike the West terrace. It will however be cleaned, have all the cracks and bits of damage properly fixed and new crush barriers added.

No need to replace what doesn't need replacing.

I was just concerned it would look a bit naff compared to the top half.

Apologies if I've missed this too, I know there's plans to fill in the back of the stand, but will it be possible to do the sides as well or will that restrict the view from the back corner? I've never stood that far back so not sure?

The North stand will at some point need replacing it's crumbling in parts

So what's going to happen to the ns corners especially were the old gents toilets are upper is crumbling so is lower tier? As for west terrace it's going to more a mop and bucket and flash joke
