That was the initial proposal before relegation and promotion clubs had been confirmed

Small section in today’s RLExpress, JM says takeover still on track, His experience of thing’s like this takeover and the legal check’s makes it impossible to predict how long it will take, and no one from either side is is causing the delay. Confirming there has been a few delays with the new Stand, it’s on budget, and on course for a handover at the end of November.

Well hopefully it's this or next week, pre season is due to start in November and we have half a squad and no coach.

Frustrating as we're practically a month on from the note to say it will be done in a few days.

My take on it is the conclusion is imminent, just my thoughts but I imagine some areas of due diligence have taken longer due to external contracts such as the new stand etc.

Where are we now this is based on unconfirmed information some reports and assumptions.
