buy some shares in the club and you'd know. What give you the right as joe public to know what the goings on of a limited company are?

Me and my family are season ticket holders, shirt buyers, etc and cut holidays short to support the team through thick and thin. Do you not think that us mere fans - or Joe public as you called us - need to know what is happening.

We are losing fans left, right and centre and i for one can not blame them for voting with their feet.

No doubt the club will want us to get behind them, ie put our hands in our pockets again, well if my and my families input is not needed i will leave it to you and your fellow shareholders to bail us out.

The only thing the clubs management is doing at the moment is alienating the fans even further.

Maybe so, but from the very small bit of info on here, I would say they ain't going to be a WTRLFC for much longer (particularly whilst all the cloak and dagger stuff goes on and just alienates more of the existing fan base let alone the extra fans we need)

But as Ted is the major shareholder what does it matter what the fans who have a small shareholding each vote for. Also, shouldn't such a vote be put to all shareholders? I am a shareholder and couldn't attend the meeting - can the club just press ahead on the basis of the vote from those who attended (cos Teds vote is the only one that really counts anyway).

Sorry, but yet again, this smacks of a pee poor organisation run by people who have no clue

Your right, Ted own 75% of the club so its his decision at the end of the day but he at least gave the shareholders who could attend a chance to give a quick vote of how they feel. Didn't have to be done but its nice to have a say however little it is

OK. Yes I am a share holder and I went tonight.

The crux of part of the meeting was that the club needs investment. Ted has gone on record in the past as saying he is happy to step aside for the good of the club. He reiterated the same tonight. We need investment in the near future either by one or more than one person. One thing is for sure.

WE NEED SOME INVESTMENT AND WE NEED IT SOON!

For "the" good of the club, or for "what ted thinks" is what's "good" for the club?

Plan B - which has been in discussion for around 12 months - is likely to be what most people imagine it to be, but may not be. In deference to the other parties involved, and their own requirements to advise their own supporters of the deal, it was agreed that any announcement would come at a later date.

Those present were asked their views, as shareholders of the club, as to the feelings towards GH, and towards other loactions. Despite a couple of comments re GH, most were dead set against the idea.

It was confirmed that it is possible that we could stay at BV in the event of us not recieving a licence - at least until NM is built.

NM is viable whether in SL or NL, but of course is ultimately based on SL.

There are other issues which were discussed and I would advise all existing Shareholders to ensure that they make sure the club have your correct details so that you can be mailed to.

Onwards and upwards!

I don't think Sir Rod will come to the rescue this time, his main business needs all the attention he can give it.

The shareholders meeting is a mere formality and no stock can be given to it because all the shares put together cannot touch the major shareholders holdings. So all this about plan a-z is trash talk because there is no plan. The major shareholders will run the company as they dictate the meeting was there to probably look at ways of raising more funds to feed the money pit of running a pro-sporting club in 2011 (yes,we are not on our own:)) or face the consequences.
