The Wakefield public needs to wake up and get themselves down to support this team! They are delivering on the field and it should impact on improving attendances. I think something special is happening and I don't blame the comparison with 79 & 82.Need to keep this squad together.

Well done to your boys, took your chances. I didn't go but was listening on the radio. I had a feeling MCB would come back to haunt us. Why we let him go is a mystery to me.

The commentary team on GMR mentioned that both sides had nine players out today, so it's a testament to both sides efforts so far this year. That loss will do us a power of good and bring us back down to earth after a fabulous run of victories. We're still second and two points clear of Leeds, and it's great seeing yourselves cemented in the top four. Great times for both clubs.

And you've done the double on us this year. Not too shabby, but you wont beat us in the cup! There's no way we'll be accepting three defeats off you this year!

Saw a pic on Twitter of your away support and was surprised at how few came over considering how well you've been doing.

Listened in on Radio Leeds and what a nail-biter

Eldest daughter went over with her other half, who's a Salford fan...she stood with the Wakey fans, whilst he stood with his family and the other Salford fans and the plan was to meet up afterwards on the car park....bet it's a quiet journey back home to Garforth

Yet another superb Wakey win...what a squad that MC, Chessy and JK have put together...we just don't know when we are beaten this year...probably the best Wakey squad I have seen in my 40+ years of watching

Just got back for a trip to "the dark side" and what a day, absolutely stunning win.
Credit to Salford, who had a real dig at us in the second half BUT, to come away from there and be the first team to do the double on them, after coming from behind in the second half, was phenomenal.
Awesome work by the pack and some special efforts from the backs, especially MCB and a great 90 metre effort from Reece "the rugby god" Lyne and what a great moment for Batch, running straight through two Salford players to score the winner under the sticks.
The sheer determination and ecstasy for the lad was worth the entrance money.

Another roller coaster of emotions, started well, pegged back, looked like we may lose and then to come back with 2 late scores.

The world should be watching this Trinity side, the best we've had in over 30 years.

Talk about digging deep, unreal effort Salford were all over us for most of the game but we stuck in there.

Reece Lynn was outstanding in defence, as was Gibson on the other side who i thought was MoM

The best threequarter line( including subs) I can recall since the glorious days of Skene, Coetzer, Fox, Prinsloo et al. Also the forwards match those of 1979. Those long awaited glory days are on their way back. Great win lads!!!
