I know who and what I am!

Re: dale morton : Sat May 21, 2011 8:20 pm
dale is a little belter, punches well above his weight, reminds me of a bit of a young danny brough, he used to be a tough skinny little bugger too. just needs a bit more experience and a bit of bulk
im surprised he stayed on after watching brett ferris slam his head into the ground on that first try.. no wonder he lost control that was one tough body slam to the head... never mind dale lad
we still love you

Mr Slithers
I really hope the first few posters on this thread were actually there today. If they weren't they who the hell are they to criticise? The lads needed and deserved the support today!

sometimes Mr Slithers we all cant get to games, and after watching 33 years of trinity i would never bag a player that gave 100% for the red white and blue, there has been enough over the years that haven't tried and without media such as this have got away with stealing money, Dale Morton in my mind gave 110%+ and yes im fed up but but how does he feel tonight, i wish all these so called experts on here could turn out one week and let the current and former players have a go at them.

to all 17 today well done lads and thank you,

Sorry but you'll find that ain't enough. Having a good go isn't good enough for most people anymore. In this world of instant results the sleeping masses part of the wakefield public want success or nothing. Today, on national tv, has proven to the masses that for all out effort we are a bit poop. And as as a season ticket holder who keep going week in week out its getting harder and harder to defend. That just wasn't good to watch i'm afriad.

And if a professional player wants to swap with someone who works god knows how many hours on god know what shifts then yes then lets swap. Maybe getting out of their little bubble might teach them how to handle a pressure situation a little better. I'll swap them wages as well if they like. I'm sure they'll apprieciate their lucky position soon enough.

Certain players edit up today and yes they deserve to kop a bit. Time they grew a pair and took the hit because they got payed to do it, we payed for the privilege.

Well said - some of the people bagging the kid seem to be conveniently ignoring the fact that a player twice his size had smashed his head into the ground before nicking the ball off him.

One of the most embarrassing threads, I've had the displeasure to read through.

Re: dale morton : Sun May 22, 2011 1:01 am
For the starters and early posters on this thread, cop for this..........

EDIT, while i don't disagree the swear filters there for a reason. BIGAL1.

Morton was our MOM today. He ran the ball in like a forward. The first Cas try was Veivers' fault. He should have run that ball up himself, not passed across his own line to a winger.

The last penalty decision was up to the ref and he saw it as a penalty. Not seen the replay so can't comment on it but don't think Morton gave it away on purpose! Morton has been awesome since he returned from injury. Stop being a bunch of nobheads and give the kid some support!!!!!

Went bust and little chance of a franchise so we can't offer any new players the security and what we've gots not good enough for you, well tough cos thats how it is, live in the our world today and just maybe we can change things around.

Do you not think they have copped it, they have let everyone down and they know that

it was a bloody cup tie for Christ sake and a bloody good blood and thunder local derby that went to the wire yes it may have lacked quality but then again lots of local derby games do
the lads gave it 100% and that will do for me every time this season I am in the real world I do not expect us to win this season but I am enjoying this season more than any other in many years
Wow some of our young guns made mistakes young players will but they will learn from them
To say Morton is not good enough is just plain silly for me he as a future in SL so do many more of our young players
who were let down along with Mr Glover once more by our so called supporters who did not come to Belle Vue yesterday
