It is if a close game is on the cards. Rarely misses a conversion.

I agree,

If its a close game then bradford could really miss deacon because of his goal kicking abilities.

I'd rather him play then a youngster or even Halley. Deacon is predictable and weak in defence, his kicking will only determine a game if we don't do a job defensively.

Him missing means we can only target Jeffries in attack and expect the odd try from Platt

Now, do you mean we can expect to score tries from Platt and his astounding blunders, or that Platt will actually score tries for Bradford?

Probably from his blunders although he is quite good when joining the attacking line! At least he is worth the entrance fee alone!

thought he was pretty poor in the cup game the other day. For a player who kept his place based upon a sound kicking game, i thought his kicking game that day was very average.

but i'd rather see him out from our point of view as i don't see Bradford having many experienced alternatives

I don't think one player makes much difference, you only have to look at our squad & the form we've seen, some players can actually make matters worse if they're not on form.

Jeffries can tear anyone to pieces on a good day.
