Sounded like an awful incident on the radio and I'm glad to hear he's alright and I hope we see him back in action soon.

as a parent it brings it home how vulnerable you can be in this game,
this weekend my young lad came off twice saying his knee hurt on both occasions, today he showed two massive bruises on both knees that made me wince, he's 11 and its always on my mind what he could end up with, but to his credit he went back on to the field,

no doubt joe will too when he is given the ok

Joe may not be a personal favourite player of mine, but I certainly wouldn't wish anything like that. Good to see he's out of hospital.

Rugby doesn't come in to it for me as long as JOE alright thats all that matters Plus Joe was taken to the best place Pinderfields
