Just a rumour on 24/7 R.L. page that we may be getting Craig Huby from Huddersfield. Thoughts if so?

Han't had an injury-free season for 10 years.

Will want a retirement contract (Decent wage, excessive length).

Up until going to Shudds, Huby was starting to come into his own at Cas as a long minutes, ball handling prop.
He's no James Graham but the sort of player that's dropped off the radar and got Wakey written all over him.

Provided he puts in a decent shift in the gym, he'd do fine with us. He looked dreadfully out of condition the last time I saw him play.

He got his testimonial at Cas and then wanted to move on after all the loyal fans had chipped in. Rumour was that he had a chronic back injury and wanted a 3 year deal but Cas were only willing to give him a 1 year deal but at a decent wage. Shudds came in and gave him what he wanted. Leave well alone.

I would rather we went for someone else really.

Up to him leaving Castleford, I did rate him, but has become injury prone, and like someone said earlier now looks overweight.

Our props issue for me, is a bit of a concern. FOr a team to progress, you need to replace outgoing players, with incoming ones, are that bit better.

I am not sure we have done this yet.

However, I would like to be proved wrong, and in MC, CC and JK, I trust

Not 2 stone overweight. Saw him on Saturday at Cutsyke after we played and he looked lean and fit.
