Correct, but he did make the tackle and that’s my point, if you don’t get involved then no mistakes which is happening with some, get involved in many tackles some will be missed and the odd penalty occurs, not rocket science :D

Fair point BLM but that for me applies to missed tackles. If you are making 50 then it's understandable if you miss some but if you have hands on the ball or push a player at the ptb like Batch and Lyne did, or hold down too long like I think Jordan did, then it's discipline under pressure that is the difference between an average and a good player.
A missed tackle can be covered by team mates. An uneccessary penalty takes all the responsibility on yourself.

I don't agree with NGB4C post at all but you are going to get discussion if you questions people opinion right or wrong.

Again I agree and again I’ll repeat myself, if you get involved in many tackles then you will give the odd penalty away, name me an international player from any nation that hasn’t given a penalty away when involved in the play of the ball and I’ll bow down to you.

Worst performance of the last 3 seasons, that. A total embarrassment. No urgency, no idea from one pass to the next, clueless in attack, then when we do break through for a certain try, we pass it to their full back to go the length of the field. Tanginoa should rightly be having nightmares about that tonight! What on earth was he playing at?

Also disappointed with going for the 2 at only 0-4 down. Leeds were desperate for the points, not us. Going for 2 was just plain bizarre with all the possession we were having, especially missing it!

We also need to learn how to play without Fifita. It's so obvious he's missing, it's untrue.

Watched the state of origin first game and exactly the same play happened in that game when NSW were attacking and the final pass for a try went straight into gagai’s hands to race the length of the field and score, even the best players in the world make that mistake ,never mind at a rain soaked belle vue with a guy who’s only played a couple of games for us, personally I think he’s a good un , but just my opinions .

Re: Leeds next up : Sat Jun 15, 2019 6:06 pm
So just over a week since my comments following the Leeds defeat.

I mentioned earlier in the this thread about potentially looking over our shoulders, and getting sucked into a relegation scrap.

Since my last comment, 2 further wins for London, and one today for Hull KR.

Getting quite tight down in the lower half of the table
