Dreadnought, Max does have more pace than Hooley, Max ran a try in off Fifita from half way, out pacing the defence something Holley has not done & cannot do. However, I grant you that there are faster full backs than Max, but not many can play cut out passes as accurately consistently as Max, certainly not Holley yet !

Just accept that my opinion is my opinion and move on.

Wow so I got a match prediction wrong. It’s not like I get my own team’s players wrong or pretend to be an expert on anything academy related.

Well done for being a bigger clown than Bojo. That takes some doing.

Desperately need some power up front , glaringly obvious when fifita not on the park how we struggle going forward. Our back line is as good as I’ve every seen at belle vue when all in the park but can’t perform miracles without the forwards laying that platform .For me kirmond has been a top club man but hard to keep on the park ,Hirst for his build/size should be an enforcer but not lived up to it , Pauli has been in holiday mode too long and if this loan hasn’t shaken him up well he’s taking a valuable place up front as well , England has been good but has fallen off somewhat so I hope he can find his game again .Just my take on things

Fair comment TrinTrin but I don't see how we'd know that for sure?

We are lacking metre makers and props need to be the priority next year. Atleast 2 x quality props imo. The back line I’m pretty happy with though mcb would be a good signing.

Its been alarming the lack of metres and penetration our forwards are producing presently.

Luke Hooley doesn’t lack pace, he’s not Jamie Shaun quick but he’s fast enough and IMO as quick as Max Jowitt.

He’s become a Full Back but was also considered a very good Stand Off so those doubting his passing game are ill informed. That’s not to say that his passing is better or worse than Max’s.

Max has about 2 years on Luke so it’s not a like for like comparison but obviously Max has much more experience than Luke at this point in time

What Luke does better than Max is organise from the back, he’s better at reading defences and his calling of attacking plays is better as a result.

Luke also has a huge boot on him and can put the ball 50m through the air, which is a great asset in today’s game. He’s also a very good goal kicker.

Right now Max Jowitt is the better more matured player and has some development left in him but if both reach their full potential then Luke would get the nod over him.

Annakin is a tough one, he will be 29 come next season and will have averaged only around 7 games per season. Can’t fault him when on the field as he gives 110%, depends on the wage I guess.

Hooley is a must keep IMO, having watched the first game where he got MOM for Oldham I think he’s an outstanding talent and although an unpopular opinion, better than Jowitt.

Another player you clearly have not watched EVER! when did he get MOM for third tier Oldham exactly?

He's not in the same class as Jowitt was at that age, I think you just make this stuff up as you go along. He's played one game against SL opposition and he looked totally lost.

Chester gave him big raps a few seasons back because he was training hard that's all, he's never seriously considered playing him and this seasons there have been occasions.

He may make it who knows but to claim he's better than Max proves you've never seen him play.
