For me he didn't actually play badly he just missed 3 chances where he was the only one in the position to capitalise. I'm sure he wasn't happy himself but he wasn't outplayed by his opposite number in any way.
I pretty much agree but he was lucky it happened in the game it did.
Also if that had happened to Kershaw that would have been that, harsh game at times. What made it so noticeable is we have all seen the lad finish way way way harder chances than those.
Luckily anyone who knows the game knows MCB is usually a quality finisher and personally I’ve not seen him struggle with 50/50 balls.
My point exactly. If we had lost a player earlier doors Titus would have been on much earlier.
As you do correctly say it’s going to be hot 90 degrees plus , so get where your coming from but gwaze only came on when we had 3 players gone down with cramp or similar he could have been introduced at any point but wasn’t - he did well but in Catalan we need all the experience we can get - May all be hypothetical if non of the injuried players are fit to return
Great all round performance forwards got on top , Randall best game since he arrived not just the tries but amazing work rate , tupou return made such a difference, crowther defensively excellent , pack got on top miller best game season to date , Hampshire really buzzing, lynne carried ball with real intent , forwards generally out played there opposite numbers. Sadly mcb had a total mare, it’s his major fault very rarely catches the 50-50 ball and that last pass was a walk in, not much point in being in support of you can’t catch the ball personally would drop him for kershaw, hopefully kirmond or ashurst will be fit to bolster squad next week - travelling to Perpignan with a much lighter step
I really hope you're joking, drunk or been out in the sun a bit too much. He's been a real asset since he's rejoined us, he's had one iffy game FFS. Or is it his turn this week to get slated following on from Tyler, Jordy, Pauli etc?

Watched the game back and MCB was solid under all kicks that came his way, rest of his game was 100%. I’m sure he knows and doesn’t need reminding he should have done better with a couple , it didn’t cost us so let’s move on.

Absolutely nothing to moan about in that performance - especially given where we've been in recent weeks.
Jordan Crowther was outstanding - and Randall, Miller and Hampshire caused them nightmares all night. PP was like a different player - and great to see Bill looking fit and able on his return. I have no real issue with MCB - not all of those so-called 'bombed' tries were simple efforts - and the fact that he was there in support to begin with is what matters; on a different night, he'd have scored them all.
Lovely stuff - we looked full of confidence in the second half so hopefully, we take that forward.

Sorry Bren but I can't go with that, not least because MCB looked utterly distraught with himself at the end, I just don't agree in denying the obvious, he knew, we knew.
However the last thing I'd do is drop him or even remind him of it (yes I'm aware that's what is happening here but who take us lot seriously), its done, it happens to us all and above all dropping a couple of b*llocks isn't the issue, how he responds is what matters. In that regard I see a hatrick on its way

I'm not at all surprised he looked distraught - he's a winger and a class finisher, and he'll want to score from every opportunity; my point is that as a spectator, they weren't straightforward, so whilst he can be as hard on himself as he wants to, we don't need to follow suit. They put themselves in the right place at the right time and sometimes it comes off - sometimes it doesn't. That's sport!
I hope you're right and that he does exactly the same thing next week - but has a bit more luck.

He will, I'm confident that all players are only that unlucky at their relevant skill sets once in their career
