I’ll try and be as balanced as I can but a real valid point when wells said if it weren’t for the three victories against the giants we would be bottom. Tonight was desperate, devoid of ideas, flat and lateral. Was gonna single broughy out but on reflection did anybody
Look interested. Catalans were ordinary at best and they still give us a good hiding. Not going to buy the temperatures, we simply weren’t at the races, or simply good enough. And before starts slagging me off, no I don’t know what the answers are, they were ther to be taken and we were found lacking............. in every position

If we didn't win as many games as we have we'd be bottom? Insiteful. No really. I guess conversely if we hadn't lost as many games as we have we'd be pushing Saints.

Not sure what problem you have with Hampshire.

Losing twice to London and at home to Hull KR are more of an issue. Win two of those and I think we would already be save and still in or about the top 5.

We are a team who needs pretty much everyone playing well to win and bar a couple today we were very poor with Pauli standing out for some pathetic defence.

Brough has IMO been poor since he returned from injury and Miller no better.

If Jowitt is fit next week, I would put him at full back and move Hampshire into the halves drop Pauli and probably Brough and use arundel as an interchange second row

I thought Hampshire was one of the few who could walk off with his head up. He created the two tries we scored and it should have been 3 had Bill not dropped that pass in the early stages.

Also mopped up the kicks and at least made it hard for Catalans to tackle him

I actually thought the same never gave up or let his head drop ! I dont know whats happening with contract talks but MC and CC want to get the lad tied down because he's Wakefield through and through and if we lose him we will regret it.

No you didn't but inferred that along with everybody else had a poor game, hence the reply, unless it was just laziness on your part by lumping them all together which is unfair on some individual players.
