After season has finished. I highly doubt you will hear much about any behind the scenes meetings. A lot of what will be discussed will be confidential and club specific that clubs won’t want other clubs to know.
I don't know a date but they can't publish final numbers until after the GF as those points are included in the score.
Yet if you listen to the matt ellis interview On west yorkshire sport in march JD asks the question when will you find out matt reply was no date set yet butbefore the end of the season and even says it kind of makes the playoffs pointless
