It's been mentioned before but we seem to lack leaders. We haven't had one since Ellis (who was irreplaceable) and I can't really pick out any real stand out candidate.

Possibly Sao?

Could be although he'd need to sort his discilpline out.

Maybe Liam Sutcliffe or given that Tony Smith hinted that a young captain is an option he might hand it to Jake Clifford.

Just please not Taylor or Houghton.
