Some minor tweaks to the IMG score system, most notably for insolvent clubs (cough) Salford (cough)

https://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/sport/r ... ts-wrapper

And seems we have won our minor battle over the TV screens farce: "Elsewhere, LED screens have also seen an amendment, allowing some points for those clubs whose screens have a greater pixel pitch than the IMG guidelines state"

This bit is still a load of cack

Points will be scored on the amount of times a club is on TV, with the six clubs that achieve the highest average match audience receiving one point.

Totally out a club's hands how many are watching on TV.

On the back of the investment the good news just keeps coming. The feel good factor is back which should shift a few more season passes.

Well done IMG. We can all sleep soundly this winter.

And what time slots the games are shown is a big factor. There are simply more TV viewers on a Thurs and Fri night compared to Saturday afternoon when there's often a full football schedule, people are out if the weather is nice etc.

I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!

Exactly, it’s just another example of a poorly implemented system where some clubs no matter what they do are at a disadvantage in the grading. How can you have a system that awards grading points that is out of the hands of clubs in which some clubs will gain and others will lose, it's nothing more than a lottery.

lol viewing figures. How on earth can viewing figures actually be measured accurately?
No one knows if I’ve watched a game or not. Even more so with the advent of IPtV etc. Once upon a time to work out viewing figures a teeny tiny percentage of people of households had a set top box which monitored which channel you were watching to work out “ viewing figures”. These were totally optional if you were asked. Honestly interested if anyone knows where these figures quoted come from.

Will the change to the catchment criteria also be a boost for ourselves and Rovers?

The Salford exodus may be starting. Rovers have made an approach for Sneyd according to Aaron Bower.

Think Sneyd is the last player they will be wanting to sell. Plus at 34 by the time the new season starts, I just can't imagine he will want to move back over this way again after only fairly recently moving back home. Would take a massive contract offer for him to consider it.
