Good record at Hakifax considering an average to low budget. And doesnt feel like a cheap appointment by a club struggling for cash

Cant be earning a lot more than Ellis
Could be a good appointment but would like to know what Gene does apart from being a shoulder for Smith

Yes Ellis has gone a Pearson could have saved his salary to help out his so called cash problems but he has chose to use it on another coach.
